Atelier Zakopane Apartamenty pod Giewontem

This apartment was nice at the first sight, but not at the second. I cannot say that it wasn't nice, but some furniture is great idea to change and another one just clean. It should be really luxurious apartment, but it needs an effort to change things. We weren't that dare to use the jacuzzi, which is outside because of hygiene as well as the access to it. You have to go out of the apartment house on the road in swimsuits or in a towel, it's not so far, it's really close, but uncomfortable.
The communication with a housekeeper was nice and he was really friendly, he communited with us when we needed anything, but the result was just beautiful words full of promises, which didn't come true.. For example, we needed to hang up wet towels and swimsuits, but we had nothing to put on. He promised to bring some, but we haven't seen him till today.. Then, the dishwasher was broken and what was really weird, when we were leaving the apartment, there was no one who to leave the keys to. So we left them in the lock of the front door.
To be positive, this apartment is situated close to the city centre, shops and aquapark Zakopane.
If you don't need cleanliness in your life and you don't have any special requirements, this accommodation is suitable for you.

Great location, spacious apartment

What could be improved: - The terrace door did not work and we had to go there through one of the bedrooms. We were promised to get it fixed during our stay, but it never happened.
- The bedrooms are ridiculously tiny (which is not visible in the pictures of course). One bedroom fits literally only bed and if you want to get to the other side you have to get out of the bed and go around. That bedroom has two sliding doors, with one of them broken, making it a chore to close the room.
BEWARE that the other bedroom is windowless (basically a closet) and is divided not by a regular, but by a glass wall with glass door which does not stay open, making extremely hard to get in any air (keep in mind that terrace door is broken, so the only fresh air you could get there would be from the other bedroom :) )
- Probably the most horrible pillows any of us have ever seen (and we travel a lot)
- Keep in mind that once you take a shower, the whole bathroom will be flooded
- There were not enough kitchen utensils (many of it broken)
- In general, it was not properly cleaned.
- The contact person was almost impossible to reach and didn’t know some basic things. (Gave a wifi information that didn’t exist, had to figure it out ourselves)
- The pool area is shared by a looot of people and is always super crowded. At 10 pm sharp two security guards come carrying handcuffs (????) to tell everyone to leave. That area is also recorded by two cameras, which is kind of strange and uncomfortable.
