Wood Hotel Resort & SPA

We were impressed by this hotel, comfortable rooms and very kind staff! Great hotel, great time there!

What could be improved: Maybe, traveling without car can be complicated, but I know that there are some buses to Bukovel. So, it shouldn’t be a problem

Excellent quality of service, the staff is pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer's needs. I especially want to express all my sympathies to one waitress (sorry, I forgot her name, but she is originally from the Vinnytsia region), she was very kind, professional and friendly.
Delicious food, especially steaks :)
The maids cleaned regularly, even if they were not asked.
This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I must say that they have brought a number of amenities for improvement (kids area, restaurant, terrace).

What could be improved: With all respect, I’d like to ask the administration to consider the expansion of swimming pool (maybe the second swimming pool may help here), as with a larger amount of customers this size of pool is not relevant. In day, when hotel is fully booked you’ll have no chance to swim or rest at the pool, as the yard is crowded by customers so much, that there is no space at all.
I noticed that it would be much more comfortable to stay on a chaise lounge with a litter, for now it is rather hard and painful to lay on it.
Also, it might be great decision to open pool for using earlier than at 10am, at least in summer.

And one more item. Many visitors stayed at the hotel to celebrate special dates (birthdays, anniversaries etc.), and it is very pity that restaurant works only till 11 pm. Why don’t you consider to make it work for at least 12 pm?

Nice and new hotel, the staff was very polite and cheerful. Comfy beds. Good value for the money.

What could be improved: We could hear everything that was happening in the rooms around us - literally no soundproof at all. You have to order breakfast in advance and choose specific time when you’d like to have breakfast. We booked 8 AM breakfast and by the time we got to the dining room, everything we ordered was already on the table, cold and stale, and it was not even 8 am yet.

It‘s a new hotel, so everything is new and fresh.
Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were very helpful and my positive part of the feedback is thanks to them. They were trying to help and resolve all issues.

What could be improved: The rooms are okay. But There was an unbearable smell in the bathroom, either something in the sewer or the water itself….

Swimming pool is only open from 10 am and is fool of kids. So you can’t swim and relax there.
Breakfast in general was good but there was always a line to coffee machines.. The machines are not designed for a large number of drinks. After 1-2 Americano or tea, the staff had to constantly fill them up. Maybe it's worth buying better coffee machines?
All the time there was a lack of either plates or cutlery..or cups or tea bags etc..

What could be improved: Reimbursement policy in case of cancellation in advance, Basically at least part of costs which are designated for breakfasts can be returned back. And ideally when guest informs hotel in advance about their absence, so costs of expenses are 0 by hotel, would be great to refund fully or partially.
