My room had this clean, contemporary design with warm wood accents that reminded me why I love staying in smaller properties. The balcony overlooked rolling hills that stretch toward the High Tatras, which you can actually see on clear days. What I appreciated most was how quiet everything stayed — being adults-only means no kids running down hallways at 7 AM, which honestly made all the difference for a proper relaxing getaway.
Location & Local Flavor
Liptovský Trnovec isn’t exactly a tourist hotspot, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re about 20 minutes from Liptovský Mikuláš if you need more dining options, though the hotel’s restaurant serves solid Slovak comfort food that pairs well with their house brews. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking if you want to work up an appetite, and there’s decent parking right at the hotel — something you definitely appreciate after driving those winding mountain roads.

Pleasant home environment with craft beer. I liked the exterior and interior of the guesthouse. The pension offers a beer spa, which we didn't use because we only stayed one night. I would recommend the accommodation to my friends.
This was our third visit in this place - great Basecamp if want to do a hiking and/or swim in the lake. The beer wellness was a really nice experience - you should try it ;-)
