The street itself is quiet enough that you’ll sleep well, but close enough to the main drag that grabbing dinner or coffee doesn’t require planning. The mountain air hits differently here too, especially if you’re coming from Bucharest like I was.

My room had this perfect balance of modern comfort and Romanian charm that’s hard to find these days. The view — well, it delivers on that “Central Park View” promise, though we’re talking about Sinaia’s central park, not Manhattan’s.
