Luxury Chalet Strachan – Jacuzzi and Sauna

The property was a nice little place in a ski area and everything was very comfortable and new, the room was very clean and organized, there was really a jacuzzi, a bath and a sauna and they were working properly. The staff was very nice and took us to the room with a car because it was snowing very hard, that was really nice.

What could be improved: First my boyfriend asked for a birthday decoration (which he would pay for) and they didn’t do it. Instead they asked again if we wanted a birthday decoration one day before the stay started we had no internet to get textes and that really bothered me because it was my birthday and there was no other place I would celebrate it.
Second the pictures are misleading, the place is not a Luxury Chalet, is a hotel room with some superior amenities (like the bath). I know that because I work in the hotel branch as a reservation supervisor, so I know the difference between a room and a Chalet. And the term luxury is also not real. The pictures don’t match the room, they put a 100 pictures and is hard to know which belongs to the room you’re in so it was hard for us to travel for 20 hours back and forth to go to something not expected.
The room is in a ski area/ climbing area, which was not described in the property description. So you will not have what was shown in the picture: quiet peace and silence. There’ll be plenty of skiers or climbers going up and down, sitting in front of your door, watching you if the curtains are open, screaming. So is good maybe if you ski but we didn’t go for skiing we go to relax.
I don’t know how these descriptions were not on the review so i think there’s some manipulation of the reviews because it would be overall a 7,5 or 8 but not a 9,8 which is also unfortunately the truth

Výhľad bol neskutočný izba taktiež poloha personál proste všetko top top, určite sa tam vrátime niekedy ešte. Ale také ubytovanie hlavne v zime je niečo neopísateľné

What could be improved: Trošku cena
Virivka je pri vstupe druhého apartmána je to také oni tam behajú a vy relaxujete.
Prvý deň bola úplne studena voda vo vírivke po 5 minútach sme aj vyšli von

-krásne prostredie
-pokoj a kľud
-sauna a vírivka hneď pri ubytovaní
-na izbe veľa uterákov, ani raz sa nestalo aby sme mali mokrý uterák
-vybavenie izby a samotné rozpoloženie
-ochotnosť a profesionalita personálu, super prístup
-rôzne aktivity v blízkosti
-poloha je skvelá pre milovníkov gastro: za 3 dni sme ani raz nemuseli jesť na rovnakom mieste(všade kde sme jedli vysoká kvalita - najviac nám chutilo v samotnej reštaurácii Strachanu)
-blízko do Polska
-v blízkosti jaskyňa
-turistické trasy
-okolo ubytovne stráži veľmi priateľský pastierský psík, neskáče, neotravuje, na zavolanie príde na blízko a čaká kým ho zavoláte k sebe a nechá sa pohladkať
-dodatočné služby dole na penzióne

V sezóne lyžovania to musí byť ešte o 20x lepšie, aj tak fenomenálne ubytovanie, odporúčam vrelo každému, mojím cieľom na základe práce ktorú vykonávam bolo nestretnúť nikoho počas oddychu. Toto ubytovanie to komplet istilo. Napriek fotkám ktoré sú skutočné prekonalo očakávania.

What could be improved: Jediná vec ktorá chýbala na izbe bol kondicionér na vlasy :D je to drobnosť, ale po blízku žiadna drogérka a ženy si na tom potrpia, nie je to sťaznosť ale skôr odlahčenie a odporúčanie, nakoľko tomuto ubytovaniu sa s kľudným svedomín a plným srdiečkom nedá vytknúť absolutne nič. Odporúčam každému, stálo to za každý cent!!!!
