VIP Apartamenty, ORKANA APART

The apartment really looks like the pictures! Modern, stylish and well located.

What could be improved: The keys had to be picked up at another location, which was not clearly described. I received an email about how to get in, but it contained the wrong staircase ( later it turned out I shouldn't have received it). Furthermore, none of the phone numbers could be reached. The 5th staircase is hidden and difficult to find. The accommodation had minor faults, the door handle and the shelf was broken. Parking is only available at paid places, which is not cheap.

The apartment is perfect for the big family with kids.

- Great location just in the center but not noise as well + good supermarket in the same building

What could be improved: You need to go to the other part of Zakopany to get the keys which is super inconvenient.
They could let to leave the keys in the box for at least checking out but no, you need to go there.
Especially hard when you don't have a car since there is no public transport near the reception.

Great location near the Main Street. The rooms were clean and the living area was spacious and felt nice. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Good supermarket in the same building complex.

What could be improved: Shower was not great and leaked water on the floor. We took a breakfast option but would not recommend- meat in every meal (4 out of 5 of us are vegetarian), and there is only so much cheese you can eat every day. Delivery was also random and meant I was getting called to go outside and around the other side of the building in the rain to meet the delivery driver before 8am. Lacked some basic equipment such as salt and pepper, and bottle opener.

1.The apartment is located in a very good area — right in the center. However, please note that the key pickup and drop-off is at a different location:
Recepcja, Tytusa Chałubińskiego 24, while the apartment itself is located at Władysława Orkana 1.
It takes about 25 minutes on foot between the two addresses, and the keys must be both collected and returned at the reception.

2.Check-out time is rather early, so please make sure to check the booking terms for details.

3.Another important point: you will be asked to pay a security deposit, as outlined in their booking conditions. This payment must be made via bank transfer, and you will be reminded about it several times, as it is part of their policy.
Additionally, a city tax of 2 PLN per person will be charged.

4.The apartment features a very soft mattress, which I personally liked — after a long hike in the mountains, I slept extremely well.

5.The location is excellent, with bus stops just a 10-minute walk away, providing convenient access to all the popular mountain trails.
