My room was spacious and had this clean, modern Slovak mountain style that didn’t feel generic. What really impressed me was how well-maintained everything was — you can tell they actually care about the details here. The wellness facilities are where this place really shines though. The spa area isn’t huge, but it’s thoughtfully designed, and after a day of hiking, that sauna was exactly what I needed.

The restaurant serves solid Slovak cuisine with some international options, nothing groundbreaking but definitely satisfying after you’ve been out on the trails all day. What I liked was that they source a lot of their ingredients locally — the trout was particularly good. Breakfast has everything you’d expect, plus some regional specialties that are worth trying. There’s parking right on site, which might sound boring but trust me, you’ll appreciate it when you’re loading up your hiking gear.
