The design leans contemporary but not cold, if that makes sense. Everything feels well-thought-out, from the comfortable seating area to the spacious bathroom. The beds are genuinely comfortable too, which isn’t always a given even at nice places like this.

The restaurant here focuses on local Slovak cuisine with some modern touches, and they actually do it well. I was skeptical at first — hotel restaurants can be hit or miss — but the fish dishes especially make sense given the waterside location. They source locally, which you can taste in the freshness of everything. There’s also convenient parking right on-site, which eliminates that usual stress of finding a spot in an unfamiliar town.
