Tourist complex Karina

This complex, the room, the food, and the employees were simply outstanding and just the kind of peaceful vacation my wife and I were hoping for. A beautiful gem set in the mountains where everyone has privacy, but yet the feeling that you are staying with family. Gabriela and Vicka were extremely helpful, courteous and kind. The food at the restaurant is so delicious and very affordable. The property is large, beautiful and has plenty of space for children to play and places to sit and relax. We drove every day to the many attractions in the area but always returned to eat back at the complex.

What could be improved: As a frequent traveler and Booking.com user, I rely on reviews and leave my own. I booked this hotel for my elderly parents based on its positive reviews, nice view, and delicious breakfast. Concerned about the hot weather in Ukraine, I contacted the hotel to ensure fans would be available if needed. Despite not receiving a reply to my message, I spoke with Gabriella, who confirmed that the hotel had power cuts but each room had fans.
I originally booked a cottage room, including breakfast. Gabriella suggested a room in the main building, which my parents chose for comfort. However, she didn't mention that breakfast was not included or the six-hour power outage. My parents still found the room cooler despite the lack of electricity for the entire day and night.
I understand that power cuts aren't the hotel's fault, especially during wartime, but honesty and good service are essential. It was disappointing to receive a curt response: "The power cuts aren't our responsibility, and the room your guests chose doesn't include breakfast."
Clear communication and genuine care would have made a difference, especially when the hotel is aware of the recurring problems and the fact that they can’t deliver the offered services.

Чудові, комфортабельні апартаменти в яких є все необхідне для відпочинку та релаксу. Затишна територія з чудовим краєвидом на гори та гірськолижні траси Поляни. Є дитячий майданчик з гойдалками та гірками. До гірськолижних трас 7 хв пішки, не поспішаючі. Недалеко супермаркет та кафешки. Але на території туркомплексу є затишний ресторанчик зі смачною і завжди свіжою їжею, і потреби відвідувати інші кафешки і ресторанчики просто не було. Кухня в туркомплексі чудова!!!
Щиро дякуємо господині пані Габріелі за гостинність, уважність, людяність і піклування про своїх гостей!!! Чудову організацію комплекса, комфорт і затишок.
Якщо Поляна - то тільки в "Каріну"!
