Walking up to this four-star property on Karola Szymanowskiego street, I honestly expected just another decent mountain apartment rental. What I found instead was something that feels more like a private wellness retreat tucked away in Zakopane’s quieter residential area.

The Wellness Experience

The spa facilities here are genuinely impressive for a place this size. I spent way too much time in that jacuzzi — there’s something about soaking in warm water while looking out at the Tatra peaks that just works. The sauna runs hot and clean, perfect after a day of hiking or skiing. And yes, there’s actually a pinball machine (that’s the “flipper” part), which sounds random but somehow fits the playful vibe they’ve got going.

Location & Getting Around

You’re about a 10-minute walk from Krupówki, which means you get the peace and quiet without being stuck in the middle of nowhere. The street itself is residential and lined with similar mountain houses, so it feels authentically local rather than touristy. I actually preferred this to being right in the center — you can hear the town’s energy during the day but sleep peacefully at night.

The Space Itself

Each room feels thoughtfully designed, not just thrown together. The mountain-modern aesthetic works well — clean lines mixed with warm wood touches that remind you you’re in the Tatras. The kitchen setup is more complete than most places I’ve stayed, with actual cookware you’d want to use (not just the bare minimum). There’s decent parking on-site too, which anyone who’s driven through Zakopane’s narrow streets will appreciate.
