Yablunytsya isn’t exactly a household name, but that’s the point. You’re about 20 minutes from Bukovel, Ukraine’s premier ski resort, but far enough away to escape the crowds and tourist buses. The village of Горішків feels authentically Carpathian — wooden houses, mountain streams, and locals who actually wave when you walk by. I mean, you can literally hike from the hotel into proper wilderness within minutes.
