Breakfast includes homemade bread and local honey that’ll spoil you for the store-bought stuff. The staff speaks decent English too, which isn’t always the case in this part of Romania, but they’re patient and genuinely helpful whether you’re planning hiking routes or need directions to the nearest monastery.
