The room itself is what I’d call smart and functional — they’ve really maximized every inch without making it feel cramped. The kitchenette setup works brilliantly if you’re planning to grab groceries from the local Tesco (about a 10-minute walk) and prepare some meals yourself. You know what impressed me most? The view from the window actually gives you glimpses of both the lake and the distant Tatras on a clear day.

Here’s where this place really shines — and honestly, it took me a day to fully appreciate it. You’re literally walking distance from Tatralandia, which means you can pop back to your studio between water park sessions or evening thermal pools. But what locals know (and tourists often miss) is that the real Lake Liptovská Mara is right there too, perfect for those quieter moments when you want to escape the crowds.

The building has decent parking options, which you’ll definitely need if you’re planning day trips to the High Tatras — and trust me, you should be. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel experience. The owners have clearly put thought into the little things: good WiFi, proper heating (essential during Slovak winters), and a surprisingly well-equipped bathroom for such a compact space.
