What I really appreciated about staying here is how it puts you right in the heart of Călimănești without the chaos you might find in bigger resort towns. The thermal springs that made this area famous are practically on your doorstep, and you know what? The local buses actually run regularly if you want to explore the Olt Valley. There’s decent parking on-site too, which honestly saved me from the usual Romanian parking headaches.
