My room was clean and functional — nothing fancy, but it had everything I needed after long days exploring the region. The beds are actually quite comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern enough that you won’t feel like you’re roughing it. What I appreciated most was the soundproofing; Martin can get surprisingly quiet at night, and you really notice how peaceful it is. The Wi-Fi worked reliably too, which isn’t always a given in smaller Slovak towns.
