My room was spacious and had these huge windows that framed the mountains like living paintings. The on-site restaurant is where this place really shines. They serve traditional Hutsul cuisine alongside more familiar dishes, and everything I tried was clearly made with local ingredients. The trout was incredible — probably caught from one of the nearby streams. What I loved most was eating dinner while watching the sunset paint the mountains different shades of gold and purple through the dining room windows.
