Location and Getting Around
Liptovský Hrádok isn’t exactly a tourist hotspot, but that’s sort of the point if you’re exploring this part of Slovakia. You’re about 20 minutes from Liptovský Mikuláš, which opens up hiking opportunities in the Low Tatras, and honestly, having a comfortable base like Chateau GrandCastle makes those day trips much more enjoyable. There’s adequate parking right at the hotel, which saves you from hunting for spots in the town center.
