What could be improved: desserts not very good quality, other than that, great
All of the staff were excellent, especially Tomáš in the bar. The facilities on offer, especially wellness, made it a very enjoyable and relaxing trip. Location was good and there were lovely views.
The hotel is clean and smells nice. The staff is polite and kind. The gentleman with the magnificent mustache was extra helpful with our food intolerance, so thank you again! What could be improved: The mattress is more of a hard kind, but comfy....

What could be improved: Be ready to walk 15 minutes to the lake unless you have a car.
It gave ski resort luxury and coziness. Beautifully styled and clean. All the staff were wonderful and helpful. The wellness spa was also included with our room and it was such a treat!
We were upgraded to a beautiful large suite when there was a problem with the WiFi in the original room. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional!
