Aparthotel Góralski Spa 2

We loved the cleaning and the modernism of the aparthotel. We had everything we need in the room. Thw beds are confortable if you like to be soft bed. The couch in the living room is harder but comfortable. The location is very quiet. Very close to the slopes 4-5 minutes with car. The food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is full with a lot of sortiments. In the lobby is very nice they have lots of drinks and very good deserts. The spa is very clean and confortable and modern

What could be improved: You can hear the noisy neighbours in the other rooms. The only unpleasent item is the fonic isolation of rooms. If you have noisy neighbours you will hear them. If they are with a lot of good sense you won't hear a thingp

Very nice interior, the atmosphere was really comfortable.

What could be improved: During our 3 night stay, there was no room service. The garbage was not emptied.
The SPA area was good, but the water in jacuzzi was over chlorinated and it was irritating when water entered the eyes.
It would be good to renew the kitchen tools in the room, cutting board and knives were not in good condition.

Very nice, modern, clean, comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice wellness area upon reservation - good for those who manage to book a slot (which secures the limited number of people using the facility at the same time), but not so nice if there's no slot available.

What could be improved: In the apartment with no meals provided, there was no coffee machine. And no drinking water available, which seems to be a standard offer nowadays. The wellness area requires a reservation – if there is no available slot, you won't be able to use it, even if you chose the facility specifically for this purpose. What's more, you'll pay the same as those who did use it.

Lovely hotel, great location to ski lift - we walked each day, great breakfast - with plenty of choices and selections to suit all tastes. The room was lovely and spacious, but unfortunately, throughout the whole week, stay we didn't receive any housekeeping to change bedding or to clean the bathroom, etc. Also, the evening restaurant was really nice, with great options for food at reasonable prices, but it's a massive issue to get a table, every evening people are left waiting sitting up the stairs and in the hall, which isn't nice for guests to have to walk through this chaos just to get to their rooms. - the restaurant simply isn't big enough. Also, if they used the reception area as a bar with snack on offer, it would be a really good idea, so people have somewhere to sit in a quiet bar area to wind down. ( they only offer beer and soft drink - and they aren't used to its full potential)
