Apart Staszelowka sits in this tiny village called Staszelówka, and honestly, when you first pull up, you might think you’ve taken a wrong turn somewhere. It’s tucked away in the Tatra foothills, about 15 minutes from the main action in Kościelisko, but that’s exactly what makes it special. This four-star property feels more like staying at a friend’s stylish mountain house than a typical hotel.

You’re surrounded by rolling hills and those classic wooden houses that look like they’ve been here forever. The location actually works in your favor because you’re close enough to Zakopane for day trips (about 20 minutes by car), but far enough away that you escape all the tourist chaos.

The Apartment Experience

Each apartment here feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together. Mine had this massive window that framed the Tatras perfectly — I actually spent way too much time just staring out at the mountains with my morning coffee. The kitchen setup is legit too, not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken microwave. You can actually cook a proper meal if you want to stay in for the evening.
