I had some of the best ciorbă de burtă I’ve tasted outside my grandmother’s kitchen, if I’m being honest. The portions are generous — maybe too generous if you’re planning to do any hiking afterward — but everything feels homemade and authentic. They’ve got local wines too, which pair nicely with the hearty dishes and the mountain setting.
