Walking up to Sinaia view on Strada Avram Iancu, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this four-star property tucked into the hills. The name says it all though — you’re here for those mountain views, and honestly, they deliver. It’s one of those places where you immediately understand why someone built a hotel right on this spot.
Location & Setting
You know what’s great about staying in Sinaia? You’re basically in Romania’s mountain playground, and this hotel puts you right in the middle of it all. Peles Castle is practically next door — I mean, you could walk there if you wanted to work up an appetite before dinner. The Carpathians stretch out in every direction, and from most rooms, you get this postcard view that never gets old, even after a few days.
The Room Experience
My room was exactly what I hoped for — clean, comfortable, and designed around those windows that frame the mountains perfectly. The furnishings aren’t trying to be flashy, which I actually appreciated. Sometimes you just want a place that feels solid and well-thought-out rather than Instagram-perfect. The bathroom was modern enough, and the bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses, so that’s saying something).
Dining & Amenities
The restaurant surprised me — I went in with modest expectations and found myself looking forward to meals there. They do a nice job with Romanian dishes, and the breakfast spread covers all the bases without being overwhelming. There’s decent parking too, which matters more than you’d think when you’re exploring the mountain towns around here. Everything just works without any fuss or drama.

The host was very friendly always available to help us. The apartment was in a very good location and clean. The view from the windows was something else!! I would definitely suggest it to a group of 4 people.

The apartament is located close to the town centre but away from the noise. It is ideal. I felt at home with the cosy style and well thought decorations and lighting. It had everything a family needs - from the kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom...

What could be improved: there is no picture from the out side of the property. We struggle a little to find the place as we didn't know what to expect from the out side and what to look for.
We enjoyed our time in Sinaia View apartament. The location is great, practically on the main Carol I boulevard, quiet, clean and spacious. The beds are very comfy and the linen and furniture new and of good quality. The kitchen has all you need...
