You can walk to the main slopes in about ten minutes, though I’d actually recommend taking the cable car just for the experience.

The apartment itself is where things get interesting — we’re talking proper penthouse vibes with floor-to-ceiling windows and this open-plan design that just works. The kitchen is actually functional (not one of those token hotel kitchenettes), so you can grab groceries from the local shops and cook breakfast while watching the sunrise hit the peaks. The living area flows naturally into the sleeping space, and there’s enough room to spread out your ski gear without tripping over everything.

Look, parking can be a nightmare in Poiana Brasov during ski season, but they’ve got that sorted with dedicated spots. The building has decent WiFi — I was working remotely for part of my stay and didn’t have any issues.
