Great location for a relaxing weekend

What could be improved: They were not ready for our arrival, had no food. They prepared something( didn't show us a menu, no price for food, etc), the meat was burned and prepared in unappropriate conditions( a lot of flyes in the kitchen, not proper conditions). The room was not as expected, dusty, no hairdryer, although a room for 2, we only had 1 set of towels, not 2, and in the second room we had, no fridge, no hairdrier. I think the second room was used as a triple before ojr arrival but they didn't bother to remove the extra bed, there was no room to move in that room.

Tucked away from the busy city.
Unique grounds.
Ladies are really nice.
The massage chair was a great relaxation.

What could be improved: Was supposed to get AC but didn’t.
Food is bland - nice spread but no taste and quite pricey.
Didn’t know you had book the spa or salt room.

What could be improved: There was no door at the shower...it s broken. Air conditioning indoor unit it s producing water drops that go down on the floor.... The outside location is totally unorganized......the location has a lot of potential, but it is not organized.

What could be improved: I booked a triple room with my children, with wood paneling, a jacuzzi tub and a view of the mountains from what I understood from the description, with a double bed and a twin bed, separated. When we arrived to check in, the big concern was to prove the online payment, which they saw made in the application. I found it offensive to look for proof of payment in the email when they were actually looking at it. We were led to a tiny room, overlooking a wall, without air conditioning, with both beds crammed into that space, with an embarrassing shower cabin and noise from the attic where the room we actually paid for was, because they were closed by the ISU and were rehabilitating, also blocking the main access stairs. I announced that we were leaving, because we paid for something else and they didn't have the common sense to let us know that the room was no longer available. The owner, I think, kept fussing over me and promising me a free sauna, a free jacuzzi, desperate not to leave a review here, because he admitted 3 times in front of his colleague and my children that they should have informed me that instead of a semi-apartment with a view and jacuzzi, I got a closet with terribly painted walls. So I left. ZERO respect for customers, good thing we have to prove payment, because they don't care about anything else

Nu scriu prea des recenzii emoționale. Am fost însă cazați în suficiente hoteluri cât să avem un reper destul de obiectiv când vine vorba de servicii și ospitalitate.
Și tocmai de aceea e prima dată când, fără nicio așteptare specială, am ajuns într-un loc crezând că e „doar o cazare”, în așteptarea zăpezii… și ne-am trezit întâmpinați cu o deschidere atât de sinceră, încât senzația a fost că am ajuns direct într-o familie extinsă.

Vă las pe voi să descoperiți minunile culinare ale doamnei bucătar, activitățile pentru care locul și-a făcut deja un renume sau caii superbi cu care veți străbate defileul Cernei. Un lucru e însă sigur: dincolo de timpul minunat petrecut în perfectă armonie cu tot ce oferă Valea Cernei, veți pleca de aici cu o promisiune făcută noilor voștri prieteni, Adi și Maria: că vă veți întoarce, ca să continuați poveștile la pahar.

Hint: alegeți neapărat vinul roșu și pregătiți-vă versurile pentru karaoke. Adi e un chitarist desăvârșit, iar seara prinde viață mai repede decât vă așteptați.

What could be improved: Cred ca am stat prea putin fata de cat ar fi trebuit

Locație minunată , aș reveni cu drag , aproape de mănăstiri , podgorii, Transalpina , Târgul Jiu- Brâncuși . Pensiunea și căsuțele făcute cu mult bun-gust, rustic, lemn , deconectare în natură , sculpturi de lemn impresionante prin grădină amenajată cu mult bun gust !

What could be improved: Parcarea neiluminată și personalul neprofesionist deși amabil …. muzica din pensiune de controlat pentru liniștea celor veniți la odihnă , în rest arhitectura rustică - lemn mult și calitatea camerelor ne au plăcut enorm
