Apartament Gawra Zakopane

Very nice apartment, beautiful design, very spaceous, well equiped. The view is nice too. Lovation is great.

What could be improved: It’s not exatly where booking shows it is supposed to be.
We arrived at dark. It was very cold and windy. Nobody speaks english :( it was hard to even find the place, since the address they give you is not where the map show the apartment on booking. We were told to call a number 1 hour before arrival. The number was always busy or just off. Then I accidently noticed that i’ve got some texts on whats up, that i barely use, so the notifications are silenced for the app. They sent us photos and some polish explanations, but not much… we had no idea how to get into the apartment. Later in the morning, when we werent tired and could look around, figured out the whole thing and got to understand the meaning of the pictures…
Anyway, we’ve got some help from a lady, who gave us the keys and told us how to get into the apartment. When i wanted to tell her that we had problems findig the place she just told me that she cant understand me and left us… okay, we were all angry before she arrived, because we were waiting outside with our 1 year old baby who were allready crying a lot , and the cartrip was long too, and we didnt needed those dificultys to get in… but maybe a sorry would have been great instead of just saying “ i dont understand you” and runaway…

By the way the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. This could be a problem with a stroller… but gives you a very nice view to the mountains.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful
It had everything that you need in it and the location was right in the centre of Zakopane

What could be improved: It was modern, spacious, and very clean
Very spacious bathrooms with big showers fully equipped kitchen it was very sad to leave the apartment.
The agent was very helpful and very honest when she described the state of the apartment when she advertised it. It actually is what's on the photos and descriptions

No toaster
Electricity wires hanging from ceiling
The most uncomfortable beds ever
only one pillow per bed
And nowhere to dry clothes

Literally nothing was nice

No facilities
No decent customer service
No value for money

What could be improved: I hated everything about them and their low quality service
The check in process didn’t go smooth nobody spoke English and we understood nothing from what the security guy Who was speaking in Polish for the entire entire time and didn’t know a word in English.
We were given a different Apartment than the one we booked. The one we booked was meant to be In the main walking street district with wooden interior giving you the feel of Zakopane and the one given was way far from it with the worst interior ever and a sewage smell in it for the entire time. The customer representer literally texted me saying that there is nothing that they can help us with if we don’t like it meanly. What was even worse is that we paid four times extra for an apartment in advance over booking website where it was supposed to be in the middle of the walking street but we are given an apartment way far away from the Walking. Also, the check-in process was the worst as the security guy did not speak English at all, and whatever he was explaining it was in Polish, which we understood nothing from. The interior was cheap quality with red and grey color screaming at you the entire time. There was no privacy whatsoever, so whenever you open your window from any of the rooms you are facing other people from the opposite building, staring at you.

What was even worse is that when we decided to cancel the entire booking even booking could not reach out to the hotel and sent me a message saying that I need to contact them when they actually basically said there is nothing that they can do for us so the entire process was horrible and I would not recommend anyone to trust them as all they care about is your pocket not your comfort or wellbeing

Az apartman tökéletes nagyobb társaságoknak is, mindent megtalálsz benne, amire szükséged lehet, akár 8 fő is kényelmesen elfér. A tisztaság mindeden elvárást kielégít. A lokációja miatt mindenhez közel, a parkolás a mélygarázsban biztonságos és prktikus. Ha ismét Zakopaneba jövünk, csak ezt az apartmant választjuk
