Mountain Base – Dwupoziomowy apartament “Przy lesie II” z prywatnym jacuzzi w Kościelisku

Nice apartment in a very quite area. The entrance is through a guarded gate. The kitchen was very well equipped - sufficient even for 6 people. The beds were comfortable and the view from the upper floor was very nice. We met a administrator who handed over the key. He was very helpful, giving us lots of information about the area.

What could be improved: Nothing really. The are some rubbers in the window and bathroom that need to be fixed, but didn't have a big impact on our stay.

The house was quite cosy with the fireplace, and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. It had plenty of kitchenware. It was very clean. The views from the rooms and lounge were gorgeous. The hot tub was fantastic. The beds were comfortable.

What could be improved: Key collection was more difficult than it needed to be. I messaged the owner on arrival and was told to call the host, who said he would meet us but didn’t explain where, as the house isn’t close to the entrance. The guard at the entrance didn’t speak English, which made parking difficult. Unlike other guests, we weren’t allowed to park in front of the property and had to park near the main entrance, about a 5-minute walk away.

The house felt a little uncared for in that it was not properly stocked or prepared for five guests staying five nights. There weren’t enough towels - only two or three adult towels and one small towel for four adults and one child - and no hand or kitchen towels. On arrival there were only two rolls of toilet paper, no hand soap, and no laundry liquid or tablets, all of which we had to request. There were only two matches by the fireplace and not enough firewood, so we had to buy matches and collect extra wood from a neighbour’s property.

The host was reasonably helpful but seemed keen to leave quickly. The heating system was quite confusing and didn’t work as expected. Despite a main thermostat and separate zones, the top-level room was extremely hot at all times, even when turned off and with a window open in -12 degrees C. We also had repeated issues with hot water in the shower and needed the host to fix it twice.

Additionally, there were very noisy neighbours on several nights, playing loud music and yelling, which we could clearly hear through the walls. Overall, more care should have been taken to prepare the house for a longer stay. It felt careless, especially given the price, which is high by Polish standards.

تعامل راقي جدا وابتسامه على شفاتهم ، نسبه الامان عاليه جدا رغم أننا بنات فقط ولكن تشعر وكانه منزلك الخاص ، يوجد بوابه وحراسه امن ، يسعدون بالتجاوب مع طلباتنا ، هدوء المكان وجمال الطبيعه ونظافة المكان ، البقاله قريبه مده 4 دقائق بالسياره ، للامانه لم اتمنى الخروج رغم ان مده اقامتي 6 أيام

What could be improved: لا يوجد شي وسأعود له مجددا باذن الله

Byliśmy z rodziną. Generalnie szok jak dobrze był wyposażony apartament, drewno do kominka, kawa, herbata, środki czystości, dużo ilość pościeli, sejf i wiele innych. Polecam!

What could be improved: Apartament nieco na uboczu. Dość daleko do najbliższych restauracji.
