Here’s what I really appreciated about staying here: you’re close enough to all the Tatra Mountain action but far enough away that you’re not dealing with crowds of tour buses every morning. The drive to Zakopane’s main strip takes maybe 10 minutes, and you’ll actually find parking there (which, trust me, isn’t always a given). If you’re planning to hit the trails at Morskie Oko or take the cable car up Kasprowy Wierch, you’re perfectly positioned without paying the premium for staying right in the thick of things.
