Vila Patricie Overview
First Impressions
Vila Patricie sits quietly in the village of Pozlovice, just outside the famous spa town of Luhačovice, and honestly, that’s part of its charm. This three-star property feels more like staying at someone’s well-kept country home than a typical hotel — which is exactly what I was hoping for when I needed a break from city life. The building itself has that classic Central European villa style, with cream-colored walls and green shutters that look particularly lovely when the morning light hits them just right.
Location & Getting Around
You know what I appreciate about this spot? It’s close enough to Luhačovice that you can easily walk to the famous colonnades and mineral springs (about 15 minutes through some really pleasant countryside), but far enough away that you escape the tourist crowds. I mean, Luhačovice can get pretty busy during spa season, so having this peaceful retreat to return to each evening was perfect. The village of Pozlovice is tiny — we’re talking maybe a few dozen houses — but there’s something wonderfully authentic about staying where locals actually live.
The Room Experience
My room was simple but comfortable, with wooden furniture that felt sturdy rather than fancy. The beds are firm (which I actually prefer), and the linens were crisp and clean. What really won me over was the view from my window — rolling hills dotted with farmhouses and, on clear days, you can see the wooded slopes that surround the entire region. The bathroom was small but functional, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for evening baths after long walks.
Dining & Daily Life
The breakfast situation here is refreshingly straightforward — fresh bread, local cheeses, some cold cuts, and really good coffee. Nothing fancy, but everything tasted like it came from nearby farms (which it probably did). There’s no formal restaurant for dinner, but the staff pointed me toward a few local spots in Luhačovice, and honestly, exploring the dining scene there became part of the fun. Plus, having breakfast in their small dining room felt intimate — you’ll probably end up chatting with other guests, many of whom are Czech families on weekend getaways.
Why Guests Love It
Look, Vila Patricie isn’t going to wow you with amenities or flashy decor, but that’s sort of missing the point. What it offers is genuine tranquility and a chance to experience this corner of Moravia without the tourist filter. The parking is free and right outside (which matters more than you’d think in this region), the owners are genuinely helpful, and the whole place has this unhurried pace that I found impossible to resist. If you’re looking for a base to explore the Luhačovice area while staying somewhere that feels real rather than polished, this little vila delivers exactly that.

Guest Reviews
Nice place
What could be improved: Maybe some shelves could be added in the bathroom to put clothes/stuff. We had to put everything on the ground
The location What could be improved: Deviated 20 km from the route to find out that the rooms which were previously booked were not available. The receptionist was not speaking English and had to converse over the phone with the owner/manager which...
Na jednu noc ideální.
What could be improved: Sociální zařízení bylo sice vlastní, ale přes chodbu.
Lokalita výborná, krásná vila, velmi milí majitelé, stěny jsou obložené dřevem.
Lokalita je výborná, bezprostredne pri Luhačoviciach. Mali sme so sebou bicykle, pochodili sme okolie. Terén je kopcovitý, elektrobicykle by sa hodili. Luhačovice sú krásne, udržiavané. Na kúpanie sme viackrát využili mestskú plaváreň, je perfektná....
líbilo
What could be improved: problémy s teplou vodou , jinak super .......
Krásná lokalita, příjemné přivítání hostitelem,pěkné apartmá. Líbilo se nám tam
Byly jsme spokojené.
What could be improved: Bohužel netekla tepla voda v pátek ani v sobotu.
Vířivka
What could be improved: V koupelně zazdít dvere, kde je roleta.
Posuvné vstupní dveře prosklené, vymènit za plné a na panty. Vířivka supr, ale nedrží zátka vodu, utiká.
Ochotný pan majitel, příjemné a útulné prostředí.
What could be improved: Penzion stojí u hlavní silnice, od brzkých ranních hodin hluk.
