I mean, you can walk to the main lift in under five minutes, which is huge when you’re carrying ski gear or just want to grab a quick coffee before hitting the slopes.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in was honestly better than I expected from a three-star place. Clean lines, mountain views from the window, and — this might sound small but it matters — really good Wi-Fi throughout the building. The beds are comfortable enough that you’ll actually want to sleep in after a long day on the mountain, and there’s enough space to spread out your gear without feeling cramped.

The restaurant downstairs serves proper Slovak mountain food, not some watered-down tourist version. Their goulash is the real deal, and after spending a day hiking around Chopok or exploring the area, that’s exactly what you want.
