Everything comes straight from the farm — and I’m talking eggs so fresh they’re still warm, homemade bread, and local honey that tastes like nothing you’ll find in stores. The family running the place prepares simple Slovak dishes for dinner if you ask ahead, and trust me, it’s worth it. Their bryndzové halušky (potato dumplings with sheep cheese) was probably the best I had during my entire trip through Slovakia.
