I actually found some of the best photo spots right from the village itself — the morning light hitting those peaks is something else entirely.

Each unit comes with its own kitchen, which honestly saved me a fortune during my stay. The room I had was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but everything worked perfectly. What impressed me most was how quiet it was at night — after long days hiking in the mountains, that kind of peace is exactly what you need. The hosts are local folks who actually know the area inside and out — they pointed me toward trails I never would have found otherwise. Plus, having a kitchenette means you can stock up on supplies in nearby Kežmarok and not worry about finding restaurants after a full day outdoors.
