He pointed me toward hiking trails I never would’ve found on my own, including this incredible route up to Bachledova Valley that most tourists completely miss. The breakfast spread features local specialties that you won’t find in your typical hotel restaurant — think homemade bryndzové halušky and fresh mountain bread that’s still warm when they serve it. There’s even parking right on-site, which is actually a bigger deal than you’d think in these narrow village streets.
