This unique boutique hotel without official star rating is tucked away in Урочище Лютошари, which basically means you’re surrounded by Ukrainian countryside as far as the eye can see. When I first pulled up, I’ll admit I wondered if my GPS had led me astray, but then you see this beautifully restored building emerging from the landscape and it all makes sense.

The Setting

I mean, coming from city life, you forget what actual quiet sounds like until you’re standing in Osmoloda with nothing but wind through the trees and maybe some distant farm sounds. The property itself feels like someone took a traditional Ukrainian country house and gave it a thoughtful, modern update without losing any of its soul. My room was simple but incredibly well thought out — clean lines, local materials, and windows that frame the countryside like living paintings.
